By 2050 Uganda's population is expected to skyrocket from below 40m to over 100 million people. As the country strives to develop an economy that can cater for this massive growth, attention turns to improving the skills of the youth. A lot of effort, money and hope is being invested here.
So where and how is the government spending its money? We used the central to local government spending transfers to compare two categories and came up with some interesting results.
